Air transportation documents are information which are about the means of transportation, type of goods, weight, etc., to ensure the correct performance of transport operations and guarantee the rights and obligations of the parties.

Examples of air transportation documents include the following:


AIR waybill (AWB):
This document is the main air transportation document that includes the details of the goods, origin, destination, shipper and consignee information.

Declaration:
According to the type of goods and its HS code, weight, country of destination, type of packaging, value of the goods, the person responsible for customs affairs, the declaration form is prepared through the integrated system, and then the customs officer check the given information and If approved, he signs the statement and hands it over to the relevant expert

Warehouse Receipt:
After the cargo arrives at the airport of origin, the scales available at the airport are used to determine its exact weight, after this step, the cost of this and unloading/loading is handed over to the owner of the goods.

Invoice and packing list:
Providing invoice, which includes the details of the goods mentioned in the bill of lading, the shipper and the consignee, and the value of the goods, as well as the packing list of the goods, which includes the details of the shipment, weight, number of packages, dimensions of each package, the shipper and the consignee
The invoice and packing list must be on the letterhead and issued  by the stamp and signature of the shipper.

Certificate of Origin:
It is an international document issued by the Chamber of Commerce of each country for export goods. This document declares the country of manufacture of the desired product.
The buyer at the destination needs this certificate to clear the goods from customs; Therefore, this certificate will be sent to the consignee along with other documents

Phytosanitary certificate:
Phytosanitary Certificate or Quarantine License is an international certificate that is issued by the plant protection organization of each country for export goods or domestic sales and distribution.
